The Hand

I was sitting in the room nearest the backyard, on my laptop.

Heard a knock on the sliding glass door, and looked up to see who was there.

I saw a very long hand pull away... the fingers must have been about a foot long, dark purplish-grey in color.

I got up from the couch, and saw a short figure running away; it disappeared before my eyes.
