Small Creature
I had a similar experience growing up. I never saw it per se but I always felt like I had a vivid memory of it staring in at me from my bedroom window. If I thought about it I would remember it vividly and not be able to face the window for the rest of the night like if I looked too long he might appear.
It was a small humanoid creature, very thin with a face somewhere between an ape and a man with a small flatish nose and large black eyes. It was covered in white fur except for its face and its skin was also white. I only remember the torso since my window was up a ways from the ground, so either he was very tall and skinny or was standing on something.
In my memory he was just standing there, looking at me with a cold expressionless gaze. Like I was only something to observe that evoked no emotion. It was very creepy and I cant think of any movie or anything that got it into my head, I cant remember when I started remembering him. I always wondered if anyone had ever seen anything like it.
