Okay, here's the first one. Around 1993, I rented a room for a few months from a friend of mine in a house on Tennessee in Amarillo, a couple of blocks off 6th Ave. It was only AFTER I moved in that he told me the house was haunted!
The back room used to be a kind of sunroom I guess, because it had windows all around it, in an L shape. The windows had to be physically latched shut. It was cold one day, so I shut all the windows and latched them, and went into my room to get something, came back out not 10 seconds later, and they were all open.
My friend had a Boxer named Ginger, and sometimes when it was just her and I at home, she would sort of stare at the wall and start to growl.
Also, a few times I would hear footsteps in the front living area, which had hardwood floors. I would go to see if someone had come in, only to find that no one was there. Freaky stuff.
